Your physiotherapist will achieve this by creating a individual treatment plan that may or may not include hands on treatment, education, and a targeted exercise program. You may choose to see a physiotherapist if you have recently been injured, had surgery, have chronic or re-occurring pain/injury, or you have movement goals you want to achieve. Growing up in the northern British Columbia, Jonathan developed a profound connection with the outdoors and an insatiable appetite for physical activity. Throughout his youth, he immersed himself in as many sports as possible from hockey and volleyball to mountain biking, snowboarding, and running.

Jonathan found physiotherapy after witnessing a close friend’s challenging journey through rehabilitation following a serious accident. Inspired by the transformative process and driven by a desire to help others reclaim their physical capabilities he decided to pursue it as a career.

Today, he combines his extensive athletic background with his clinical expertise to provide comprehensive care for patients from all walks of life. When not in clinic, he can often be found exploring the endless trails and wilderness areas that first shaped his love for movement and physical well-being with his wife and two children.
